We will make every attempt to fill your order as soon as possible.  If items are out of stock or back ordered, we will notify you via phone or email immediately.  You will only be billed for items actually shipped.

Returns:

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Customers please ship unused products back and include original invoice. Please contact info@poppystamps.com regarding defective merchandise.
